Email us your artwork to request a free Virtual Sample prepared within 1 day for all purchase orders and 3 days for samples. Artwork
EPS or AI vector files are preferred; or PDF, JPEG and TIFF files with a resolution of 300 DPI or higher at the required product size. Color matching requirements
In some cases the doming process can slightly alter product colors. If Pantone color matching is needed a $49 (G) color matching cost is required. A physical custom spec sample approval will also be required. The spec sample will be produced free of charge for customer approval plus sample delivery costs. Custom spec sample production is 2-3 business days after virtual online sample approval and before shipping. Production Time
Production time is Typically 5 to 7 business days after artwork approval, for orders of 1000 units or less. Pre-Production Sample
Physical custom samples are available at $5.00 per sample plus delivery costs. Less than Minimum orders
Add $59 (G) to the cost of the order for all quantities below 100 units per design and per item. ORDER Acknowledgements
All purchase orders are acknowledged with a proforma invoice and a virtual sample to be approved and returned by fax or e-mail before production can start. Distributor Self Promotions

No orders can be returned without prior authorization. Disputes and claims must be made in writing to the factory within 5 business days following the receipt of merchandise. Cancelations
Due to the custom nature of our products, any order cancelled or changed after production has started will be invoiced for all items produced up to the time of cancellation.
